Refund & Return Policy

14-Day Returns Policy

We want you to love your WALL DÉCOR with Aspire Artwords, but if it’s not the perfect fit, you have 14 days from the day after the delivery date to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
✅ The décor must be in its original condition, and repackaged in the original packaging.
✅ Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping via a third-party courier of their choice.


How to Return Your Décor

To initiate a return, please email us at [your email] with:
📌 Your order number
📌 Reason for return
📌 Photos of the décor (to confirm its condition)

Please include “Return Request – [Your Order Number]” in the subject line to speed up processing.

Once approved, we will provide you with a return address. You must arrange return shipping within 14 calendar days of approval, in line with UK consumer law.


Refunds

Once your décor has been received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If the décor is returned in its original condition, we will process a refund within 14 calendar days of receipt.

💡 Important Notes:

  • If the décor is damaged or missing parts, a partial refund may apply.

  • If replacement packaging is required, the cost will be deducted from your refund.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your décor arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@aspireartworks.com with photos of the issue. In these cases, we will arrange for a free replacement or refund, including covering the return shipping costs.
